Below are some of my more prominent skills and abilities. If you have a need for any of these services, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss your needs. In the meantime, check out the information below for details and examples of what I can do.

Computer Skills

I am proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. In addition, I have above average abilities using OneNote, Outlook and Publisher. My computer programming talents consist of sufficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP. I am fluid in Photoshop, using it to do all graphic designs used on my websites, and have a general understanding of Flash and Illustrator, as well as most of the remaining suite of Adobe products. I use Wordpress open source blogging software to build, edit and maintain my websites and am highly skilled in this process. Finally, I have experience using a number of open source software programs including Freemind, Camstudio, and Audacity.

Writing

Writing has been an interest of mine since I was young. I am experienced writing in many different formats and styles and have a diverse portfolio consisting of mostly non-fiction works such as instructional eBooks, web content, sales copy, blogging, articles and newsletters. Internet Marketing

I have a strong interest in both online and offline marketing. Specifically, my internet marketing knowledge includes a strong understanding of search engine optimization, keyword research, informational product sales, copy writing, email marketing and more. Web Design & Development

A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP and Wordpress has enabled me to conceptualize, develop and maintain numerous websites, including nearly a dozen of my own as well as those belonging to third parties. Graphic Design

I have used my proficiency in Photoshop and reasonable understanding of Illustrator and InDesign to design numerous logos, graphics, brochures and other marketing materials. A gallery of examples of my designs is available for viewing on my Graphic Design page.

Video Editing & Production

My video editing talents consist of producing highlight videos for college and high school teams and athletes. I have made both motivational and recruiting highlights in the past, using various software tools.

Public Speaking & Presentation

This is an area where I have abilities that currently exceed my opportunities. I am comfortable in front of a crowd and have successfully spoken to classrooms, given tours, presented awards, and made a best man speech. Public speaking is a strength I am looking to develop further. If you have any interest in having me speak to your group, school or classroom please get ahold of me.
